Burton Deed & Will Services prepares documents at your direction. We type, format, and organize the information you provide.

We are not a law firm and do not select documents for you, give legal advice, or represent you in any legal matter.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for reviewing every document before you sign it.

If your situation requires legal advice, you agree to consult a licensed Alabama attorney. We are glad to provide a referral.

Fees and payment

Prices are quoted flat before work begins. County recording and third-party notary fees are separate and disclosed in advance.

Payment plans are available on most packages by request.
