About us

Helping families prepare with confidence.

Our mission is simple: help families prepare today so they can face tomorrow with confidence. Estate planning should be understandable, affordable, and accessible — not confusing or intimidating.

Our story

Built for the families who were told to wait.

Burton Deed & Will Services began after watching too many families face a loss with no documents, no direction, and no idea where to start.

Most of them had been told the same thing: estate planning is expensive, it's complicated, and it's for other people. None of that was true. What they needed was someone to sit down, explain the options, and prepare the paperwork correctly.

That is exactly what we do. We take the time to teach before we prepare anything, so you always know what you are signing and why it matters.
